Clubhouse Scholarship
Clubhouse seeks to reward a graduate of their program with a scholarship for educational expenses. A successful applicant will have been involved in:
- The Clubhouse Teens in Training Program
- Community service, extracurricular activities or a Clubhouse teen
- Maintained at least a 2.0 GPA
- Demonstrated a commitment to education
All applications will be considered, however, those who have been consistently involved in Clubhouse over the years will be given priority.
How to Apply:
- Please include the below application
- Two recommendation letters:
o One from someone who knows you through community involvement
o One who can recommend you for future goals.
- Three essays each of 500 words maximum are also required:
o Explain how you have been affected by Clubhouse
o Discuss your future goals and how the scholarship will help you reach them
o Write how you plan to fund your education is also expected.

Scholarship recipients will be expected to ...
- Remain in good academic standing with their institution.
- Provide an official transcript to the organization after each semester or quarter.
- Maintain a full-time schedule according to their institution’s guidelines.
The scholarship will be renewable for a maximum of four years. The scholarship will be renewable yearly pending the applicant’s successful reapplication including an annual review and continued community involvement of at least 20 hours the first year with annual increases of 10 hours. Please note that the scholarship funds will be sent directly to the institution.
Applications must be post-marked or turned into the Clubhouse office by April 30th of the year applying. All applicants will be notified by June 1st.
