Mission: "To develop young leaders and build community"
Dream Builders Group, Inc. has been effective in impacting families and communities and is an example of what happens when a group of teens with a passion for community service and leadership reaches out to the community around them.
Our Goals:
- To equip youth to make positive lifestyle choices that enable them to make an impact within their communities through social justice, maturation in faith, and academic development.
- To instill compassion for underprivileged communities and a spirit of reconciliation.
- To build up underprivileged communities through work projects, economic redistribution, and the creation of indigenous leadership.
- To partner and network with agencies, associations, churches, and community centers to accomplish the mission.
In 1993, Dream Builders Group, Inc. was recognized as a 501(c) 3 and became the umbrella organization for Clubhouse, 'Clubhouse College Scholarship' and other ventures dealing with youth and community development. It has served over 864 at-risk children and given leadership and service opportunities to 4,650 teens to date.
